ras和c-erbB癌基因在特发性肺间质纤维化中的表达 被引量:1

摘要 采用原位分子杂交技术和免疫组织化学方法,对8例临床与肺组织学确诊的特发性肺间质纤维化(IPF)病人的肺活检组织及7例正常肺组织进行了ras和c-erbB癌基因及其产物的检测。结果:ras癌基因产物P21在6/8例IPF肺组织中呈阳性反应;5/8例IPF肺组织c-erbB-2显免疫阳性反应,而在7例正常肺组织P21及c-erbB-2均无明显表达。 Eight pulmonary bioptic tissues with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF) that have been diagnosed by clinical and pulmonary histology and seven normal lung tissues were stained by immunohistochemistry LSAB method with monoclonal antibodies to P ras 21 and c erbB 2 and by hybridization with ras and c erbB cDNA probe. THe results showed that immunostaining of P 21 was found in 6/8 cases of IPF, and c erbB 2 immunoactivity staining was shown in 5/8 cases of IPF. But the immunostaining of the two autibodies was negative in all normal pulmonary tissues. Positive hybridization staining was observed only in a minority of cells in IPF pulmonary tissue. There is no difference between the IPF and normal groups. This result suggests that increase of oncoprotein P ras 21 and c erbB 2 might be associated with pathogenesis of IPF.
