动植物提取液对淡水白鲳幼鱼诱引作用的初步研究

PRELIMINARY STUDY ON FEEDING ATTRACTION EFFECT OF SOME ANIMALS AND PLANTS ON YOUNG COLOSSOMA BRACHYPROMUM

在设有4个间隔的玻璃水槽中,观察记录8min后30尾淡水白鲳鱼种进入置饵间隔的尾数作为诱引指标,试验了12种植物、9种动物组织的水提取液对试验鱼的诱引效果。结果表明:在植物提取液中菹草的效果最好(P<0.05),动物提取液中陆生蚯蚓提取液效果最好(P<0.05);植物提取液中,有显著诱引效果(P<0.2)的种类占25％,动物组织提取液有显著诱引效果(P<0.2)的种类占、56％;槐叶萍、满江红有驱避作用。

In glass aquarium which was set in 4 cells, the food action of 30 Young Colossoma brachypromum (one winter old) was tested. The index of attraction of the test baits was the number of the fish placed in the cells of part A from part B in 8 mins after the test baits were put in the S part of the cells, keeping a current (about 480 ml/min) from S to O while testing. The attractive effects of 12 species of plants extracts and 9 species of animals extracts on the young colossoma brachypromum carps were observed. The results showed, the extracts of Polamogeton crispus the best effects (P<0. 05) in the plants, and the extracts of muscle of Eearth worm (P<0. 05) in the animals.
