胸膜腔内辅助性应用尿激酶治疗复杂性胸腔积液
摘要
早在1951年，Tillet等建议在胸膜腔内灌注纤维蛋白溶解药物，以溶解纤维粘连和包裹，减少积液的粘性，从而使脓胸及胸腔积液更易引流，但这种建议未得到重视。
