缝匠肌桥接狗股神经缺损后神经再生的HRP逆行观察

摘要 为确认神经肌桥内神经纤维的再生效果,将狗的缝匠肌条桥接在股神经缺损处,术后10个月进行HRP的逆行观察。结果表明,桥接侧的运动和感觉神经纤维均已再生,并且证明了再生神经纤维逆行运输功能已得到恢复。同时,还发现红肌桥比白肌桥的神经再生效果更好。 The nerve regeneration was observed with the HRP tracing method, after 10 months of the operation 'that muscular strips from the sartorius of dogs were bridged over the femoral nerve defect. The results are as following: Both somatic sensory and motor nerve fibers have regenerated, especially the transport function of the regenerative fibers have recovered. Moreover, it is mentioned that the red muscle bridge is better than white muscle bridge to the nerve regeneration.
