摘要
笔者就高空低压吸纯氧及吸空气时对小鼠心肌酶的改变进行了研究。60只昆明鼠分为纯氧组、缺氧组和对照组,每组20只。纯氧组和缺氧组在低压舱上升至5000m高空,停留60min后降至地面,在此过程中前者吸纯氧,后者吸空气。降至地面时3组同时摘眼球取血,测定心肌酶。结果表明纯氧组及缺氧组天冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)、肌酸激酶(CK)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)和α-羟丁酸脱氢酶(α-HBDH)均较对照组明显升高(P<0.01);纯氧组CK明显高于缺氧组(P<0.01),纯氧组与缺氧组间之其它酶无显著性差异。
Sixty Kunming mice were averagely divided into three groups: Group A (inhaling pure oxygen),Group B (inhaling air) and the control group. Groups A and B were let go in a low pressure cabin up to the 5000-metre altitude and stay there for 60 minutes,then land. Blood were immediately taken from the eye balls of all the three groups to observe the changes of cardiac muscle enzymes. The results showed AST,CK,LDH and α-HBDH in Groups A and B increased obviously compared with the control group(F<0. 01). And CK in Group A was higher than in Group B(P<0. 001). But there was no prominent difference in other enzymes a-mong the three groups.
