摘要
采用火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定了复方丹参片、牛黄降压丸中铬、锰、镍、镉、铜、锌6种微量元素的含量。结果表明:铬、锰、镉的含量没有显著性差异（P>0.05）;镍的含量存在显著性差异（P<0.05）;铜、锌的含量具有高度显著性差异（P<0.01）,但铜/锌比值无显著性差异（P>0.05）。
The contents of six trace elements (chromium, mang anese, nickel, cadmium .copper and zinc) in Fufang Danshen tablet and Nihuang hypotensive pill were determined with flame atomic absorption spectrophotometer. The results showed that between the two kinds of medicines ,there was no significant difference (P>0. 05) in the content of Cr.Mn and Cd;a significant difference(P<0. 05) in the content of Ni;a very significant difference (P<0. 01) in the content-of Cu and Zn but with no significant difference (P>0. 05) in their ratio.
