摘要
笔者应用生物代谢法测定了5岁～6岁12名儿童粪、尿及体表锌(Zn)代谢情况,以制定出此年龄段正常每日Zn的需要摄入量。实验结果表明5岁～6岁儿童每日Zn摄入量在5.37(±0.79)mg时,基本能满足其生长发育的需要。
To decide a child's daily necessary intake of zinc ,the writers determined, by the method of biological metabolism, the metabolism of zinc in feces, urine and body surface in 12 children (5-6 years old). The result showed that 5. 37 (±0.79)mg zinc each day will meet a child's need for growth and development.
