应用“统筹法”安排灌注桩施工的思考

Cast-in-place pile engineering, as the development and extension of drilling engineering,is an important means for geological enterprises to face the market economy and to strive for sur vival and growth.'Super quality, efficiency, lower consumption and security' is the aim of this engineering.and how to realize the aim is the actual problem the construction enterprises faced with.The methed of over-all planning is a gdri tool to attain the aim. The fundamental contents of this method are listed below: 1. investigating and researching, then recording the reswlts into a folwchart.2. exposing the contradiction, finding out the principal contradictory line, making overall plans and takig the factors into consideration to reach the aim of super quality and efficiency.3. paying attention to the conversion of the contradiction, adjuting the plan with the devel opment of engineering constantly.4. Summarizing experience to improve and raise the level.This paper applies the basic principle of 'Critical path methed' to arrange pouring pile engi neering reasonably, which coordinate 4M1E to obtain gdri economic benifits.
