摘要
本文从管理效率的重要性入手，论述了管理者的管理艺术与管理效率之间密切关系，并指出了提高管理者管理艺术的有效途径与方法。
Starting with the importance of the management efficiency, this paper discusses theclose relationship between the management art and the management efficiency of theadministrator, and indicates the effective approach to the improvement of the administrator'smanagement art.
