探索一主两辅型人才培养新模式

AN EXPLORATION OF NEW TRAINING MODE OF QUALIFlED PERSONNEL WITH "ONE LEADING ABILITY AND TWO SUBSIDIARY

为适应宁波地区和外向型经济的发展需要，我校积极探索人才培养新模式，不仅致力于培养以“一精多能”的应用型人才，初步形成了同一专业多种业务规格的人才培养途径，而且增设涉外课程和开设辅修专业，探索外向型和复合型人才的培养模式，初步形成了培养以应用型为主，外向型、复合型为辅的“一主两辅型”人才的特色。

To meet the demand for the development of Ningbo and its foreign-oriented economy, our university have made active exploration on new training mode of qualified personnel. It devotes herself to training personnel with 'one specialty and multi-ability'. so now we begin to form ways of training qualified personnel with varied professional standards in the same specialty; Meanwhile, it has set up additional foreign-concerned courses and subsidiary specialties. While exploring on training mode of foreign-oriented and composite type personnel, we begin to form our own characteristics first train ing qualified personnel to be applied type, them moulding then into foreign-oriented and composite type, which is so called 'one leading ability and two subsidiary abilities'.
