摘要
文章总结了作者作为联合国开发计划署顾问,参与协助中国政府和该署制订中国在2010年前淘汰ODS的国家总体方案的工作经验,着重介绍了在指导中国的电子行业进行精密清洗过程中淘汰ODS的具体作法和经验;并对中国今后淘汰ODS工作提出指导性的建议,特别是对使用正溴丙烷清洗剂时应注意的问题提出了建议。
<abstract>is paper summarizes the authors' working experiences as the consultant of UNDP when helping Chinese Government to make the State Umbrella Program for ODS Phaseout before 2010 and mainly introduces the concrete working ways and experiences in guiding China's Electronics Industry to eliminate ODS in precision cleaning process and makes constructive suggestions for future ODS phaseout work in China, especially putting forward the suggestions for the cautions to be paid to the use of nPB solvent.
