摘要
金属粉末注射成形技术是当今最热门的零部件成形技术。适于制作复杂形状产品,性能高,成本低。本文简述了Fe-2Ni注射成形的工艺过程,综述了其研究现状和性能水平。作者认为:粗粉注射成形研究、快速脱脂工艺研究以及尺寸精度控制研究将是研究热点和重点。
The Metal Injection Molding(MIM) is a very popular part-making technique, which isused to produce the parts with complex shapes and high properties, and is highly profitable.In this paper, the processing of Fe-2Ni MIM was presented,the development and the proper-ties were reviewed. In the auther's opinion, studies on MIM of coarse powders, rapid debind-ing and retention control will be the key point and the focus in this area.
