摘要
研究了不同抗氧化添加剂B_4C粉、SiC粉和铝粉对碳纤维前驱体即预氧丝在氧化铝/炭复合材料中原位碳化的影响及其碳化后纤维对材料的强化效果。研究表明,在氧化铝/碳复合材料中添加B_4C后,由于高温下在材料表面形成了一薄层致密的玻璃相物质,抗氧化效果最为明显,预氧丝原位碳化后达到同类碳纤维的强度,复合材料强度也大幅度提高。其次,添加少量铝粉也能起到较好的保护作用。
The in-situ carburization and reinforcing effects of carbon fiber precursor by adding vari-ous antioxidant additive in Al_2O_3/C composite were investigated. The results show that theantioxidantic effect is the most efficient with the addition of B_4C powders in Al_2O_3/C compos-ite, as there formed a dense glass-state film on the surface of composite at high temperature.The precursor after in-situ carburizing has the same strength and reinforcing effect as thecarbon fibre. There was better antioxidantic ability with the addition of aluminum powders.
