摘要
用扫描电子显微镜观察了钠还原氟钽酸钾制得的钽粉的微观结构,其特征是:不同的钠还原方式生产的钽粉有相似的微观结构;同一钠还原工艺,不同工艺参数生产的钽粉,其原生粒子粒径从小于0.2μm到数μm;同一工艺条件生产的不同粒度的钽粉,其原生粒子大小一样。钽粉的原生粒子大小反映了比表面积的大小即比容的高低。
The microstructures of the tantalum powder made from reduction of potassium heptaflu-orotantalate with sodium were observed with scanning electronic microscope. It was foundthat the morphology of the tantalum powders produced by different sodium reduction pro-cesses are similar. The primary partical size of the tantalum powders made by a sodium re-duction process in different conditions is from 0.2μm to serveral μm and the primany particalsize of variour agglomerated tantalum powder granula produced in the same batch is aboutthe same. The primary partical size of a tantalum powder shows the special surface area andcapacitance of the powder.
