摘要
成球工艺直接影响到产品质量及成本等问题,采用圆盘机制球工艺所制得的球坯,经烧结所得钨合金球,与国内外广泛采用的模压法工艺相比,具有生产效率高、成本低等特点。本文讨论了该工艺的可行性及参数对材质性能的影响等问题。
The balling technology directly influences the quality and cost of parts. After greenparts are prepared with circle disk balling machine, and then sintered, tungsten alloy spherecan be obtained. Compared with widely used technology, it has unique feature of high pro-duction efficiency, and low final cost. The posibility of the Technology and the influences ofparameters on the properties are discussed in this paper.
