摘要
为了促进学生身体形态的正常发展,机能进一步提高,素质进一步增强。我们结合《国家体育锻炼标准》.对学生进行了健身、健美好环的尝试。实验证明,这对学生各部机能的发展和提高及身体素质的增强都有很大的作用。能有效地改善学生的身体形态美,使身体得到全面的发展。
In order to promote the sound development of college students body form , in-crease their funclions and strengthen their qualitg , we heve tniel stulents for aerobics danc-ing and body bnilding exercises , combining 'Training standards of National Sports ' . It hasproved that what we have done has teken great effects on their development and improve-ment of different functlions as well as their increase of quatity. As a result , the studentsbody beanty conld by improved effectively , their health all - rournd developed.
