摘要
针对油田油管用"热煮法"进行清洗的工艺,我们研制了XN(W)型高压水射流全自动油管清洗线。该清洗线的研制成功,彻底改变了工人在空气污染、地面油污的环境中工作,改善了工人工作条件、确保人身安全,提高了生产率,节约了能源,实现了扩大再生产与保护环境同步进行的要求。该清洗线经过现场试验确实发挥出应有的效用。
