我国高校体育教育专业教育实习工作改革的探讨

A Disscussion on the Reform of Teaching Practice Work of Physical Education Speciality of Colleges and Universities in China

体育教育专业教育实习是高校培养合格体育师资的重要环节，是实习生将理论应用于实践，熟悉与掌握中学体育教学工作内容和方法，完成由学生向教师角色转变的主要途径。现行的体育教育实习模式存在诸多弊端，不利于实习生达到高规格体育师资的要求，教育实习工作改革势在必行。本文通过对教育实习现状及存在问题的剖析，提出了一些改革措施和设想，为进一步完善体育教育实习工作提供参考依据。

Teaching practice of physical education speciality is an important part of cultivating qualified teachers of physical education,and the main way of integrating theory with practice, familtarizing and mastering teaching contents and method of physical education of highschool, fuching the task of turning students into teachers. The teaching practice model at present is not perfect, and unfavorable for the students to become good teachers, The reform ofteaching practice is unavoidable. This paper gave out some suggestions and win to improve thequality of teachins practice work by analysing the existing problems.
