摘要
如何提高高等学校中长跑运动员的运动成绩,较为关键的问题,是运动员的选材及选材后的科学训练方法。几年来我们在学习国内外先进经验的基础上,对在训练中培养速度感、控制运动量、运动强度和密度进行了科学研究;对训练中的心率和间歇时间也作了初步探索。
The key to improve middle and long distance running performance is elite selectionand scientific training after the selection. We have learnt a lot from trainers at home and abroadand studied ways to foster speed feeling and to control sports load, intensity and density for someyears. We also explored the regular of heart rate chanse and interval tine.
