摘要
本文采用社会调查法，通过揭示浙江四维女排人际关系状况，使四维女排群体内部的人际关系清晰化、具体化和数量化，从而为寻找提高浙江四维女排群体绩效的方法提供依据。
By the way of social investigation, this paper studied the interrelationship axnongplayers of Zhejiang Shiwei Volleyball Team, which was quantified and made clearer and moreconcrete. This research provided ways of approving mass effects of Zhejiang Shiwei VollyballTearn.
