关于我国乒乓球科学化训练存在的问题与对策

Problems in Scientific Training of Table Tennis in China and Strategy

针对世界乒乓坛出现的“多极化”的新格局，运用文献综述、系统分析等研究方法，从少儿专门化训练、训练模式、变赛制度、乒乓球职业俱乐部的发展和教练员知识结构等五个方面，分析论述了我国乒乓球科学化训练方面存在的问题和不足，并在此基础上提出了改进的建议和设想。

By studying literature, the theory of system and so on, the author observes thepresent state of scientific training of table tennis in China, and finds out that there are manyproblems existing in youngster's specialization training, competition system, the development ofprofessional tennis clubs, training model and the knowledge structure of the coaches, On thisbasis, the author put forward some suggestions to deal with them.
