摘要
统一开放与区域发展是我国经济体制转换过程中的一个重要理论问题和实践问题．二者又是紧密联系在一起的。正确认识统一开放是正确认识和解决目前区域发展问题的基本前提。本文首先阐述了统一开放的基本内涵．进而把二者结合起来，提出目前区域发展应搞好国家整体及区域之间协调，增强区域的自发能力的观点。
Unified opening and regional development is an important question of both theory and practice arising in the course of transformation of the economic system in our country. The two is closely connected. A correct understanding of unified opening is the basic precondition for a correct understanding and handling of regional development at present.This paper begins with the cannotation of unified opening and then, combining the two,treats the current views about regional development.
