快速检测心肌肌钙蛋白Ⅰ诊断急性心肌梗死 被引量:2

摘要 目的 探讨心肌肌钙蛋白Ⅰ (CTnI)诊断心肌梗死 (TMI)的价值。方法 采用新的生化指标肌钙蛋白Ⅰ (CTnI)对AMI患者发病后不同时间进行快速检测CTnI,并与CK、CK -MR进行了对照。结果 血清肌钙蛋白CTnI诊断AMI的敏感性为 96.7% ,CK-MB为 80 .6% ;CTnI诊断AMI的特异性为 94.4% ,CK -MB为 77.7%。同时结果显示AMI患者血清中CTnI较CK、CK -MB更早易于检测 ,在AMI发作后第 6天仍在部分患者血清中检出。结论 血清CTnI能早期确诊AMI,具有较宽的时间诊断窗口 ,是心肌梗死早期诊断敏感和特异性的血清标志物。 Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of cardiac troponin Ⅰ(cTnⅠ) in acute myocardial infarction (AMI). Methods New biochemical markers, cTn I, were tested rapidly in patients with AMI in different time and compared with creatine kinase(CK), creatine kinase MB(CK-MB). Results For diagnosing AMI, the sensitivity of cTn I was 96.7%, CK-MB was 80.6%. The specificity of cTn I was 94.4%, CK-MB was 77.7%. Moreover, the serum cTn I can be detected earlier than CK-MB in patients with AMI and can be tested in some patients in six days after AMI. Conclusions The serum cTn Ⅰ was an early marker for dignosing AMI than CK and CK-MB. Serum level of cTn I was sensitivity and specificity markers for dignosing AMI, so it is help to the early diagnosis of AMI.
