虹膜缝合术在外伤性白内障人工晶体植入术中应用分析

Application of Iridoplasty in Intraocular Lens Implantation for Traumatic Cataract

目的 观察虹膜损伤修复在外伤性白内障摘除 +人工晶体植入术中的临床效果。方法 对 4例虹膜根部离断 ,4例虹膜缺损 ,6例瞳孔缘撕裂的眼外伤患者在白内障摘除 +人工晶体植入的同时用 10 -0聚丙烯缝线行虹膜缝合复位术。结果 12例术后虹膜位置接近正常 ,占 80 %。术后视力 0 .0 8～ 0 .2 4例 ,0 .2～ 0 .5 8例 ,0 .5以上 2例。结论 在复合性眼外伤中外伤性白内障摘除植入人工晶体的同时修复损伤的虹膜可起到改善瞳孔外观和提高视力的作用。

Objective To observe the effect of iridoplasty on intraocular lens implantation for traumatic cataract. Methods Iridoplasty combined with intraocular lens implantation was performed on 14 patients with traumatic cataract. Among the patients, 4 cases were iridodialysis, 4 cases were iris dehiscence and 6 cases were avulsion of pupillary margin. 10-0 type polypropylene suture were used in these iridoplasty. Results After operation, irises of 12 eyes (80%) had been near the normal position. Visual acuities of 4 eyes were 0.08 to 0.2; 8 cases were 0.2 to 0.5; 2 cases were above 0.5. Conclusions In those paients with compound ocular injury, at the same time of intraocular lens implantation, the iridoplasty was necessary and important for meliorating the appearance of pupil and improving the visual acuity.
