90例早产儿住院疾病与死因分析

The Diseases and Causes of Death of 90 Premature Infants

目的 探讨早产儿住院疾病及死亡原因。方法 分析 90例早产儿临床资料。结果 新生易患败血症、肺炎、HIE等疾病 ,也易继发肺出血、RDS、MSOF。结论 作者提出要注意预防早产 ,对早产儿宜保暖 ,合理护理、喂养 ,预防感染等。

Objective To investigate the diseases and the cause of death in premature infants. Methods The data of 90 premature infants were analyzed. Results The most diseases of premature infants were septicemia, pneumonia, hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE), and so on. The causes of death were pulmonary hemorrhage, respiratory difficult syndrome (RDS), multiple system organ failure (MSOF), respiratory failure. Conclusions Premature delivery should be prevented. And keeping warm, good care and feeding, infection prevention were helpful to the growth of premature infants.
