摘要
肠毒素性大扬杆菌(ETEC)是幼儿腹泻和旅游者腹泻的重要致病菌。理想的ETEC腹泻菌苗应具有抗菌和中和毒素的能力。本研究以Bluescript质粒为载体构建了表达CS3和CT-B的双价重组抗原的克隆株。口服免疫接种Bal b/c小鼠和肌肉注射免疫家兔,该重组菌株可以诱发抗CT-B和抗CS3的双重免疫应答,为构建多价腹泻疫苗株奠定了基础。
Enterotoxigenic Escherichia coli (ETEC) is the most important cause of diarrhea in children under age 5 years and in travelers. A multicomponent vaccine made up of anti-colonization factor immunity plus toxoids may provide the best immune stimulation. In this paper , a recombinant strain which could express bivalent antigens of CS3 fimbriae and cholera toxin B subunit (CT-B) was constructed using plasmid vector Bluescript. Inoculating mice orally and immunizing rabbits intramuscularly demonstrated that the recombinant strain could induce immune response against the two antigens.
