摘要
一个大型国有企业作为一个大系统,其存在和发展有赖于其内部各个子系统在结构、管理功能与运作方式上的密切协调和配套.近几年来,七九五厂在企业系统结构和管理形式上进行了重大变革,启动了企业活力,摆脱了困境,实现了扭亏为盈,经济效益显著.这对深化国有大中型企业的改革,不无借鉴之处.
A large state-owned enterprise, as a big system, its existence and development depend on the close coordination of its internal subsystems on structure, management function and operation way. We have 795 factories made a significant reformation on the systematic structure and management forms of the enterprise, started its vigor, extricated itself from a predicament, realized turning loss into gain, and had a remarkable economic benefits. That can he used for reference for the deepening of the reform of state-owned large and middle enterprises.
