With systems dialectics, it is discussed in this paper that the control system of modern market society which consists organically of economic rules, laws and ethics. These three great control devices. though different each other in function, related and interacted with each other, promote forcefully modern market system in healthy operation. Moral spirits, which is poured into and nurtures economic activities, provides healthy operation of marker economy with spiritual motive power. Developing market economy in China special stress must be laid on fostering moral quality to promote the harmonious unity of economic value and person value, so that the healthy development of Chinese socialist market economy can be effectively put torwara.
