我国农业目前正陷在一个低水平陷井之中,这实是一种超稳态,其内在的稳定机制则是一个由许多环节、许多因素通过一系列复杂的非线性相干作用而构成的非良性循环.只有全方位的改革(其中尤其是工业的维生结构——产权关系的改革)和全方位的冲击所造成的巨涨落,才可能为我国农业跳出该低水平陷井创造契机和条件.

Present. China's agriculture is caughr in a low-level trap which is a super-srable state. Its inherent mechanism for stability is a vicious circle caused by the non-linear interaction between various links and factors. Only when there is an overall reform, particularly the reform of industrial sustainability structure or property relations, and an overall raid along with its resulting fluctuation, can an opportunity be provided for China's agriculture to get out of the low level trap.
