摘要
近几年来,酶传感器、免疫传感器及微生物传感器等发展较为成熟,而DNA生物传感器的研究相对较少。文章从核酸杂交的原理出发介绍了DNA生物传感器的工作原理,举例说明了电化学、光学和声学等几种典型的DNA生物传感器,指出了其固有的优缺点,肯定了DNA传感器发展前景。
Recent years have witnessed the rapid development of enzymesensors, imrnunosensors and microbial biosensors, whereas the researches about the DNA biosensor are relatively scarce. The present paper reviewed the principles of DNA sensor based on the principle of nucleic acid hybridization. Several kinds of DNA sensors such as electrochemical, optical, acoustic and piezoelectric are introduced and compared, the high specificity and low responsibility of DNA sensor are also discussed. Generally speaking, DNA biosensor has a more perspective future.
