发展与稳定的关系,是系统哲学的一个重要问题.本文分别考察了发展与稳定之间的不相容以及各自的根源,分析了发展与稳定之间实现相容的条件,并初步探讨了发展与稳定之间实现相容和互促的超循环机制.

The relations between development and stability is an important problem in system philosophy. In this paper the compatibility and incompatibility between development and stability and their roots were studied.and the conditions of realizing the compatibility were analyzed. Furthermore the hypercycle mechanism which can make development and stability of systems compatible and promote each other was explored.
