摘要
本文从系统方法的两层意义论述其在项目评估中的应用,认为系统方法为投资项目评估提供了指导思想,系统技术为投资项目评估提供了规则和程序.
The application of system method in the assessment of projects was discussed in this paper from the double meanings of system method. The authors thinks that system method provides guiding ideology and system technology provides rules and procedure for the assessment of projects invested.
