中西部宏观调控的政策功能研究

A Research on the Function of the Macroscopic Adjustment and Control (MAC) Policy for the Development of the Central and Western Regions

本文主旨是研究加快中西部开发进程的宏观调控政策功能.从历史状况的分析入手,探讨了宏观调控的重点和难点,从中西部角度探讨了宏观调控政策应具备的基本功能,并提出了“目标——功能”模型.

The main purpose of this paper is to study the function of the macroscopic adjustment and control policy for speeding up the course of developing of the central and western regions of China. Starting from the analysis of historical conditions, the authors discussed the focal and the difficult points in the macroscopic adjustment and control, also discussed the basic function which the macroscopic adjustment and control policy should be of in the central and western regions of China. Finally an aim - function model was given.
