摘要
本文介绍了一种新型高效复合促凝剂的研制过程及配套促凝压蒸试验方法,运用该方法可使对碾压砼后期强度预测时间缩短到25分钟,比水利部规范(SL48-94)要求缩短了72%;同时进行了该方法的室内验证试验研究,取得R_快~R_(90d)强度关系式相关系数达0.946,满足使用要求,从而为大掺量粉煤灰碾压砼强度的质量控制提供了一条更为快捷有效的途径。
In this paper,anew efficient multiple accelerator and a accelerated autoclave test method with.it have been suggested Applying the method we can decrease the predicting time of rolling concrete late strength from 90 minute to 25 minute. At the some time we have developed the probing test of it in laboratory,the results show that this method is superior to the classic one in precision and timeliness,so it W:u provide a fast,precise and efficient way for high fly-ash content rolling coneretl quality conctrol.
