Nursing and Observation of Bleeding After Percutaneous Coronary Interventions

目的 探讨经皮冠状动脉介入术后出血并发症的观察与护理 ,以减轻病人的痛苦 ,减少和及时处理术后出血并发症。方法 观察分析 62例冠脉介入术后患者易出血的原因及时间、术后观察方法、宣教及指导等。结果 62例冠脉介入术后患者 ,有10例患者穿刺处皮下出现轻重不等的血肿和瘀斑 ,1例因动脉鞘管滑脱出现股动脉出血。结论 经皮冠状动脉介入术后护士熟练的专业、专科技能 ,敏锐的观察力 ,能有效降低术后出血并发症的发生率。

Objective TO investigate the nursing and observation of bleeding after percutaneous coronary interventions (PCI), so as to alleviate the painful and treat the complication of bleeding in time. Methods The following data of 62 patients received PCI were analyzed: the reasons and the time of bleeding, observation method, propaganda, education and guidance of PCI after operation. Results Hematom and ecchymosis occurred at puncture place in 10 patients. Femoral arterial hemorrhage occurred in one patient because of arterio-sheath slipped. Conclusions The decrease in the complication of bleeding after PTCA based on the perfect professional ability and perspicacious observation.
