International Cooperation in China's Water Conservancy

Owing to historical reasons, China’s water conservancy department was seldom in contact with foreign countries in the past. But along with the constant development of the opening to the outside world, over the past decade China’s water conservancy department has undertaken wide exchange and cooperation with numerous countries in the world. It
