摘要
The Ninth Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development and the Long-Term Plan for the Year 2010 adopted at the 4th Session of the Eighth National People’s Congress point out that the construction of infrastructure and basic industry will be strengthened to make them more appropriate to national economic development.
