摘要
利用遥感技术全面调查淮北市“三废”污染现状，并统计各类污染面积，建立污染扩散模式，提出相应改善对策、措施，使城市功能分区趋向合理，提高环境质量。
Using remote sensing technique, this paper comprehensively researches into the present situatian of the three waste products in Huaibei city. Polluted areas were counted up,and diffusion models of pollutants were established. Some policies and measures were offered to make the urban function districts rational,improve the environmental quality and ameliorate eiving space
