摘要
采用紫外分光光度法,在276nm波长处测定胰岛素滴眼液的含量,该法操作简便、快速、准确,测定其平均回收率为100.16％,RSD为0.45％,所测结果与高效液相色谱法基本一致。
The ultraviolet speclrophotometric determination of insulin in eyedrop was presented. The delecting wavelenth was 276nm. The average recovery was 100. 16% and CV was 0. 45%(n = 5). The method was simple rapid and accurate and can be used for determination of insulin in eyedrop. The results obtained by this method are the same as by HP1C.
