偏最小二乘—分光光度法测定复方洗必泰溶液的含量

Determination of Contents in Compound Chlorhexidine Gluconate Solution by the Partial Least Squares—— Spectrophotometry

摘要 采用偏最小二乘一分光光度法测定复方洗必泰溶液的含量,葡萄糖酸洗必泰和邻苯基苯酚的平均回收率分别为99.7%(RSD=0.2%)和99.8%(RSD=0.4%)。本法可不经分离直接测定混和物中两组分的含量,方法简便,结果满意。 The contents of compound chlorhexidine gluconate were determinel by the partial least squares-spectrophotometry without separation of its components. The absorbances of the solution were determined at ten proper wavelengths and calculated by the partial least squares spectrophotometry to give the contents of thd solution. The mean recovery of chlorhexidine gluconate is 99. 7%(RSD=0. 2%)and that of 0 -phenyol is 99. 8% (RSD=0.4%).
