口服普瑞博思对血浆氨茶碱浓度的影响

The Effects of Prepulsid On Plasma Aminophyline Concentration

采用紫外分光光度法分别测定氨茶碱单用和合用普瑞博思后健康志愿者血浆中茶碱浓度。结果表明,加服普瑞博思10mg,3次/d,3天后血浆氨茶碱谷浓度和峰浓度均明显降低(p<0.01),其中谷浓度降低22.89±7.03％,峰浓度降低18.85±4.08％。提示两药合用时应适当调整给药剂量。并同时监测血药浓度。

The blood serum concentrations of aminoplsid were determined by UV spectrophotometry. It was found that plasma AL trough level (Cmin)and peak level (Cmax) decreased significantly (P<0. 01) after administration of 10mg oral prepulsid (three times daily) for three days during AL therapy. Cmin and Cmax decreased by 22. 89±7. 03% and 18. 85±4. 08% respectirely The results suggest that the dosage of AL should be carefull adjusted when AL and prepulsid were administered at the same time, and dinical monitoring must be given.
