口服金剂KG-881抗炎作用的研究

ANTI-INFLAMMATORY EFFECT OF KG-881, A NEW ORAL GOLD-AGENT

福氏完全佐剂(FCA)致炎后第19d给药,口服金剂KG—881、10、20mg.kg^(-1)·d(-1),在给药后10d均显著降低佐剂性关节炎(AA)大鼠足肿胀度、踝关节水肿和炎细胞浸润。用角叉莱胶诱发大鼠足肿胀,致炎前90min,ig给药,KG—8815、10、20mg·kg^(-1)均明显抑制足肿胀。KG—8815、10、20mg·kg^(-1)显著抑制大鼠棉球肉芽肿增生。结果表明KG—881具有显著的抗炎作用,其强度与进口药金诺芬基本一致。

KG - 881 is a new oral gold - agent and produced by our hospital. In order to study its anti-inflammatory effect ,some animal experiments were performed. The left hind paws of rats were injected intracutaneously with Freund's complete adjuvant (FCA) so that the model of the adjuvant arithritis was estabolished. On the 19th day after FCA injection, KG -881 ,auranofin or the solvent were administered intragastrically. The result showed that after 10 days of the drug administration,KG - 881, at dose 5 mg. kg-1. d-1,10 mg. kg-1. d-1, and 20 mg. kg-1. d-1suppressed significantly the arithritic edema in the right hind paws of the rats and decreased the edema and infiltration of the inflammatory cells in the right ankles of the rats. At the same doses,KG-881 could also inhibited remarkably the inflammatory reaction induced by carrageenan and cotton in rats. The anti - inflammatory effect of KG -881 was similar to that of auranofin(p>0. 05). It was indicated that its anti -inflammatory effect was very good and it could replace auranofin in treating the adjuvant arithritis and other inflammatory reaction.
