海洛因依赖者血浆中血栓素和6—酮—前列腺素F_(1α)变化

CHANGES OF LEVEL OF THROMBOXANE B2AND 6-KOTO-PGF_(1α)IN HEROIN ADDICTS' PLASMA

摘要 本文用放射免疫分析法测定了43例健康人和57例海洛因依赖者血浆中血栓素(TXB_2)和6—酮—前列腺素F_(1α)(6—K—PGF_(1α)),结果表明,吸食海洛因患者TXB_2水平高于健康组,6—K—PGF_(1α)水平低于健康组,两者比值海洛因组显著增加,提示TXB_2与F_(1α)参与海洛因依赖的发病机制。 The levels of thromboxane B2(TXB2) and 6-koto -prostaglandin F1α(PGF1α) in 57 heroin addicts' plasma and 43 normal subjects' plasma were determined with radioimmunoassary. The results showed that the average level of the addicts' TXB2 was very signifacntly higher than that of the normal subjects(P<0. 01) and the level of the addicts' 6-koto - PGF1α was lower than the normal subjects'(P <0. 05). It is suggested that the changes of the level of these two substances were induced by the drug abuse
