摘要
探讨利用人造沸石和硅胶G吸附人尿激肽释放酶,并经洗脱、纯化,得到人尿激肽释放酶的方法.其中人造佛石法工艺简易、成本低,适合工业规模生产.能高收率、高纯度地得到人尿激肽释放酶.
A new process of extracting human urinary kallikrein (HUKN) is described. By using artificial zeolite or silica gel G as an adsorbent, the purified HUKN from healthy human urine can be obtained by adsorption, elution, and purification. The artificial zeolite is better than the silica gel G in adsorbability. The artifical zeolite methodcharacterized by simple procedures and low cost, is especially suitable for commercialproduction, and gives the purified HUKN in high yield.
