The Reform of Scientific Research and Science Education in the Instituter of Nationalities Should be Reingorced Urgently

理科在民族院校是一个薄弱环节，只有更新教育观念、改革教学内容和教学方法，加强科研工作，特别是加强教学研究和应用性科学技术研究才能培养出跨世纪的合格人才，从而使民族院校在教育战线的激烈竞争中立于不败之地．

Science as a scholl subject is a weak link in the institutes of the nationalities.In order to enable the institutes to conform with the needs of current rapidly-developing situation to cultivate and foster qualified talented scientists and technologists,it is urgently nesessary to renew the education idea, to reform the course contents and education method, and to reinforce the scientific research, in particular,the research on the science education as well as on the applied sciences.
