急性亚硝酸盐中毒患者ERP的研究

STUDIES ON ERP IN PATIENTS WITH ACUTE NITRITE INTOXICATION

本文19例急性亚硝酸盐中毒患者72小时内进行视觉、听觉事件相关电位(ERP)测定结果表示,ERP中P_3波的潜伏期延长,而此时患者血糖值均降低。随着临床症状的好转,血糖值与P_3波潜伏期均恢复正常且两者有显著的相关性。本文对其机理进行初步探讨。

The visual and auditory event related potential (ERP) of 19 cases with acute Nitrite intoxication were measured within 72 hours in this paper.The results showed that the latency of P3 waves in ERP Prolonged,whereas all the blood sugar values of these patients reduced in the same time.With the improvement of clinical symptoms,both blood sugar value and latency of P3 waves returned normal and there was significant correlation between the two things.The inechamism was studied primarily in this paper.
