头痛型癫痫临床与脑电图分析

ANALYSIS OF THE CLINICAL FEATURES AND ELECTROENCEPHALOGRAMS IN 60 CASES WITH HEADACHE EPILEPSY

本文报告了头痛型癫痫60例,17岁以下35例,18岁以上25例。54例(90％)有脑电图异常。本组病例均以发作性头痛为主要特征,服一般止痛药无效,而应用抗癫痫药物有显著效果。

In this article, 60 cases suffered from headache epilepsy were reported. The patilent below 17 years old was 35 cases and patient beyond 18 years old was zs cases. Their main symptoms were paroxysmal severe headach. EEG of 54 patients(90%) was abnormal. Administration of common analgesics was ineffective but antiepileptics were remarkable effective.
