婴儿胸围/头围比的动态变化及其意义初探

The Preliminary Study of Dynamic Change of Chest Circumference/Head Circumference Ratio and Its Significance

本文纵向追踪测量75例婴儿在0～6个月时的胸围／头围比及其体格发育情况．结果显示，各年龄组的胸围／头围比分别为：0～3天组0．962、42天组0．994、2．5月组1．015、3．5月组1．023、4．5月组1．037、5．5月组1.056．各年龄组胸围／头围比≥1者所占的比例分别为：0～3天组10．7％、42天组52．0％、2．5月组70．7％、3.5月组82．7％、4．5月组及5.5月组均为100％．胸围／头围比与体格发育状况成正比关系，胸围／头围比大的婴儿，其体格发育状况较胸围／头围比小的为好，在出生时已显示出两组婴儿体重、身高的差别．在其他各个年龄组，胸围／头围比大者的每月体重增长值显著大于胸围／头围比小者．本文观察的结果补充了以前对婴儿胸围、头围关系的认识，婴儿的胸围越过头围的时间明显提前，我们设想，在婴儿的家庭保健工作中，能否用测量胸围／头围比简便地反映婴儿的体格发育状况．

The chest circumference/head circumference ratio and growth velocity of 75 children aged 0-6 month were measured longitudinally. The result showed that the chest circumference/head circumference ration in all age groups were as follows: Group 0-3 day were 0.962; 42 day were 0.994, 2.5 mo were 1.015; 3.5 mo were 1.023; 4.5 mo were 1.037,5.5 mo were 1.056. The ≥ 1 ratio of chest circumference/head circumference in all age groups were as follows:Group 0-3 day were 10.7% 42 day were 52.0%; 2.5 mo were 70.7%; 3.5 mo were 82.7%; 4.5 mo and 5.5 mo were 100%. Evidence has been advanced of a direct ratio between baby develepment and the chest circumference/head circumference ratio. The body development on large proportion of chest circumference/head circumference tatio was better than on the small ones and the body weight and body height on these both groups were obvious difference at the birth time. In other aged groups, the monthly body weight on large proportion of chest circumference/head circumference ration was increased faster than on the small ones. Therefore the cognition on relationship between the head circumference and the chest circumferenee has been supplemented. The time which chest circumference exceed the head circumference has been obviously moved up. We assume that it would represent the body development of babys family health by measurding the chest circumference/head circumference ration.
