摘要
静脉注射眼镜蛇毒M组份(0.07mg/kg和0.1mg/kg)可使家兔和狗的全血粘度和血浆粘度降低,对家兔红细胞压积和红细胞电泳时间无影响。M组份在体内外均能抑制ADP和花生四烯酸所诱导的血小板聚集。
The M fraction of venom of Naja naja atra was able to reduce the viscosity of whole blood and plasma in rabbits and dogs, but had no effect on hematocrit and electrophoresis time of red blood cells. M fraction was also able to inhibit platelet aggregation induced by ADP and arachidonic acid in dogs in vivo and in vitro.
