12只埋藏起搏器的麻醉犬随机分为两组(各6只),A组接受20J/kg经胸电击;B组先予甲基强的松龙10mg/kg静注,然后给予20J/kg电击。观察对起搏阈值(PT)和心内膜R波振幅(IDA)的影响。结果:A组电击后即刻PT升高(0.42±0.03VS0.71±0.06mA,P<0.01),IDA降低(13.33±0.65VS8.71±1.16mV,P<0.01)。B组电击后即刻PT升高(0.45±0.03VS0.63±0.04mA,P<0.01),IDA降低(11.85±1.34VS10.08±1.22mV,P<0.05)。A组电击后PT、IDA改变的幅度较B组为大(P<0.05)。提示:经胸电击可升高PT,降低IDA;甲基强的松龙可减轻这种作用。
The effect of transthoracic countershock on pacing threshold (PT) and endocardial R wave amplitude (IDA) was observed in 12 anesthetized dogs. Six dogs received 20 J/Kg shock (Group A); other six were first given methylprednisolone (10mg/Kg) and then received 20 J/kg shock. Result: Marked increase in PT and decrease in IDA over control value were observed immediately after shock in both groups. The magnitude of changes in PT and IDA was greater in Group A than in Group B (P<0.05), It is suggested that transthoracic countershock increases PT and decreases IDA; methylprednisolone can reduce the effect of shock on PT and IDA.
